If your order is not processed yet you can cancel your order. Usually, you need to contact us within 12 hours before the packaging and shipping process starts. After this time the order cannot be cancelled.
If the product you have ordered has not been delivered at your address within the guaranteed time, you can request a reshipment of the product or a refund. If you received a product that is different than the one you’ve ordered, you can request a reshipment or a refund as well.
If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but the original product must be returned at your expense and the item must be unpacked and unused.
The exceptions for refunds:
- Your order was not delivered due to factors within your control (i.e. providing a wrong shipping address).
- Your order was not delivered due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of this shop (i.e. not cleared customs, delay caused by natural disaster or war).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of this shop.
Please be advised that, you can request for the refund within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery which is (45 days). Please use the firstname.lastname@example.org email for requests.
After your refund was approved, the money transfer will be processed and you will automatically receive the funds in max. 14 days.
If you would like to exchange your product to a different one, please contact us before sending the product back. We will discuss the details of the exchange as soon as possible.
